Focus on the ROOTS, not the FRUITS
We are all guilty of spending too much time focusing, thinking or dreaming about the end result and not putting in the effort required to achieve those results. That end result, or “fruit” can be anything from financial independence, a good career, a great body, travel, recognition, wealth, knowledge, talent etc. Like most trees, the “fruit” doesn’t produce unless the roots are nourished and healthy. Those “roots” are: a strong work ethic, discipline, daily action, overcoming fear and doubts, persistence etc.
The ability to see dreams realized depend on the effort we invest in the “roots” of our lives. How much work are you willing to put in? How much time are you willing to spend? What kind of sacrifices are you ready to make in order to see the “fruits” come to life?

I came across this documentary on NETFLIX and was so touched by Kevin Clash’s incredible story. Watching how he accomplished his level of success was inspiring to say the least. It’s unexpected, funny and leaves you feeling GOOD. a MUST-SEE!

R&R 2012….is in MIAMI!!
Each year, our client vendor hosts an R&R conference to bring together the network of offices they work with all across North America.
This September, Addella will be inviting the management and administration team to head south for a few days of rest and relaxation at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach.
